He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Nabity and Lisa Russell (Alan); his grandchildren, Daysiah Jon (Brylan), Levi (Ryleigh), Damien (Armia), Dezirae, Da'Zhon, Jarren, Lane, Joslynn, Tahliyah and Trey'Vion; his great grandchildren, Lennox, Tinley, Dae'Liyah, Kiba and Da'Marion; his siblings, Larry Nabity, Jeanette Tichenor, Tom Nabity (Pam), Sylvia Frustaglio (Larry), Nancy Maldonado, Don Nabity (Anita), Arnold Nabity (Mary), Marilyn Ehlers (Lonnie), Carol Williams (Roy) and Ann Herrick (Monty); and the mother of his children Joni Sulanke.
