He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clark and Ann Clark; his brother Derrell; and his nephew Derrell Jr. (Ronnie). He is survived by: his son Johnny; his siblings, Karla Crawford (Bob), Vonda Nail (Joe) and Kevin Clark (Pam); and his sister-in-law Carol Clark. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
