He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bland; his daughters, Jacki Bland, Natalie Duncan (Tim Nesbit) and Kimberly DeJarnett (Sam); his grandsons, Sammy III, Dillon and Brody of Owasso, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Debbie Konkel and Paula Flaherty.
