He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Lloyd Manly and Betty Elizabeth Manly (Albright); his wife Nancy Manly; and his siblings, James Manly, Richard Lisman and Betty Ann Gray (Manly).
He is survived by: his siblings, Louie Rigole, Liline Adele Simmons (Lisman), Veva Noreen Morris (Rigole) and Marilyn Jane Cawthon (Manly).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the American Legion Post#170 - Chanute (301 N Evergreen Ave, Chanute, KS 66720).
