He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gertrude Barry West and George Lee West; his wife Kathy Ruane Struble West; his stepsons, Michael (Christina Bresani), Timothy (Lori Beth) and Matthew Struble (Andrea Paton Ash); his daughters, Lesley Hayter (Mark) and Amy Cameron (Bryan); his grandchildren, Katelyn Hayter Gammon, Keara Hayter, Austin Reyes Mahler, Tyler, Morgan Cameron, Houston Edwards, Easton, Auden, Hunter, Hagen and Henley Struble; and his great grandchildren, Zaelah, Stellah Hayter and Jace Cameron.
In lieu of flowers a memorials have been established with St. Jude's Children's Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Pl., Memphis, TN 38105, Catholic Charities 437 N. Topeka Ave., Wichita, KS 67202, and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church 1321 N. Stratford, Wichita, KS 67206. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Barry West 's name.
