She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Ray Chavez and Danny Gene Phillips (Melissa); her sister Faith James (Bobby); her grandchildren, Brayden Chavez, Bailey Chavez, Chase Chavez, Titon Phillips and Tabias Phillips; and her great grandchild Rosealynne Chavez.
