It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenda J. Schmidt (Wichita, Kansas), who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irl Nelson and Jane Nelson; her husband Franklin; and her son Christopher Glen Schmidt. She is survived by: her children, Julie Owens (Warren), Brian Schmidt and Heather Kelly; her grandchildren, Jordan Bird (William), Ryan Owens, Brett Kelly (Lucy) and Sydney Kelly (Austin); her great grandchildren, Korie, Charlie, Sammie Bird, Wyatt Kelly and Audrey Carriker; and her sister Nancy Paulin (Steve).

Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas Humane Society.
