He is survived by : his mother Arlene Hurford; his wife Sybil Payne (Sandoval); his children, Ernest Sandoval (Carmen), Bobby Allison (Hanna), Jennifer Sandoval (Andre), Carrie Christman (Dwight) and Amy Landreth; and his siblings, Fred Payne (Mary), Terry Lacey (Ed), Marilyn Perry, Ramona Allison and Angela Payne.
