He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson H. Ramsey and Phyllis H. Ramsey (Rose); and his brother Allan Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Cathlyn Ramsey of Wichita, KS; his stepchildren, Dale Campbell of Wichita, KS and Francine Campbell of Wichita, KS; his brothers, Gilbert Ramsey (Meg) of Conyers, GA and Christopher Ramsey (Wanda) of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Michelle Campbell, Anthony Campbell, Steven Campbell and Jenny Campbell. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
In his retirement, one of his greatest joys and accomplishments was designing, building and donating to Botanica the band organ that can now be heard playing beside the carousel.
