He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Townsend and Wauneta Townsend (Ashcraft); and his siblings, Dennis Townsend and Carol Townsend. He is survived by: his wife Rebena Townsend; his children, Jason Townsend (Kelli Sykes) of Park City and Mytzi Hays (Kyle) of Wellington; his grandchildren, Ellie, Jett, Cassius, Mazric, Asher and Atlas Hays; his siblings, Nancy Driver (Dean Prindle) of Wellington, Karen Crowe (Richard) of Enid, OK, Janet Allen (Doug) of Milan, Richard Townsend (Cassie) of Wellington, Steve Townsend of Wellington, Beverly Hoffine of Caney, Gary Gorby of Caney, Vanessa Read of Ipswich and Rick Storey of Ipswich; and his sister-in-law Linda Townsend of Wellington.
