He is survived by: his wife Patricia Yates (Parker); his children, Jennifer Tebben (Daniel) of Laurel, MD and Jeffery Yates of Seattle, WA; and his grandsons, Jacob Parker Tebben, Joshua Yates Tebben and Isaac Woods Tebben.
