He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arthur and Vernie Leo Cooley (Foster); his brothers, William Arthur Cooley Jr., Doyle Cooley, Nathan Cooley, Osban "Joe" Cooley, Billy Cooley, Bobby Cooley, Eddie Cooley, Deuel Rose and Chester Cooley; and his daughter Candra Cooley.

He is survived by : his children, Cason Jay Cooley (Katie) of Nashville, TN and Camissa Breeann Cooley (Keith) of Wichita, KS; his wife JoLee Cooley (Buhrer); his grandsons, Rowan, Knox and Everett Cooley of Nashville, TN; and his siblings, James Cooley (Marcella) of Sapulpa, OK and Louise Winsworth (Cooley) of Bixby, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
