He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett McGreevy and Helen McGreevy (Fallis); his wife JoAnn McGreevy; his siblings, Emmett McGreevy Jr., Kenny McGreevy, Patrick McGreevy and Rose McGreevy; and his daughter Donna Cummings.

He is survived by: his daughter Susan M. Mires McGreevy; his son-in-law Ron Cummings; his siblings, Joe McGreevy, Mary McGreevy, Karen McGreevy, Tim McGreevy and Mike McGreevy; and his grandchildren, Chad, Shelby and Kyle. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
