He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenton Thomas Grubbs Sr. and Virginia A. Grubbs. He is survived by: his parents, Ishaku Ibrahim Maikori and Kendra Ann Maikori; his siblings, Isaiah Ibrahim Maikori, Isaac Thomas Maikori, Ilias Joseph Maikori and Imani Ann Maikori; his grandparents, Ibrahim Audu Maikori and Hannatu Gaiya Maikori; his aunt Nponano Lamido Maikori; and his uncles, Shu, Ibrahim Maikori and Kenton Thomas Grubbs Jr. (KT). He is also survived by friends, classmates.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cozine Life Events Center (11500 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67206). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel Hill United Methodist Church (1550 N Chapel Hill St, Wichita, KS 67206).
