Frey Jr. in Wichita, Kansas, born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Rose Anne Frey; his daughter Julie Anne Wilkinson; his grandchildren, Chance Ray Wilkinson, Lauryn Joanne Wilkinson and Winter Rose Wilkinson; his sisters, Vivian Blaski (Gary) and Floria Moore (Danny); and his pet Gypsy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made out in Ivan's name to LifeChange Church of Wichita, KS, Kansas Honor Flight, or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
