He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gale Maltbie Dowell; his sons, Steve (Andrea) of Wichita, KS and Keith (Mona) of Colorado Springs, CO.; his grandchildren, Ryan of Alpine, WY, Sybrina of Colorado Springs, CO, Andrew of Wichita, KS and Alison of Denton, TX.; and his siblings, Jo Ellen Bullock (NE), Pat Jones of Pueblo, CO, Norman Parker of Dighton, KS, Lora Bentley of Garden City, KS, Linda Hagins of Carthage, MO and Emma Lea Vocke (Luke) of Montrose, CO..
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eads Cemetery.
