He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leroy and Eva Belle Ulmer (Seals); his wife Geri Ulmer (Wilmes); his son Todd Ulmer; his son-in-law Jeff Morgan; and his brother Jimmie Ulmer.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Morgan; his granddaughters, Miranda Morgan and Allison Morgan; and his sister Carol Brown (Ron). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
