He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and Jack. He is survived by: his former wife Doris Ann Wondra; his significant other Peg Jones; his stepfather Watson Perkins; his grandson Kian; his children, Gina Leatherman, Vincent Walker (Kim) and Chris Walker (Brittany); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Painter (Justin), Nicole Leatherman, Amanda, Matthew McMurtry, Dakota Lennen, Kaitlyn Gulledge, Madison, Brinley Walker and Christopher Walker Jr..
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made in Jack's memory to Good Shepherd Hospice (https://www.goodshepherdhospice.com) or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
