He is survived by: his children, Stephen Cotter (Diane) of Wichita, KS, Richard Cotter (Michelle) of Springdale, AR, Patrick Cotter, Karen Rodgers (Kenny) of Wichita and Lee Ann Burns (Steven) of Wichita; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
