He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Burleigh and Gertrude Burleigh; his son-in-law Brad Smith; his sister Beverly Mann; his brother-in-law George Mann; his nephew Brett Mann; his grandson Jacob Denham; and his great grandchild Olivia Denham.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra (Scot Smith), Karen Kerr, Teresa Burleigh-Smith and Dru Denham; his grandchildren, Brandon (Eva Smith), Rachel (Larry Thomas), Michele (Ryan Eastep), Austin Smith (Arianna Holland) and Cole (Briana Smith); and his wife Edna Burleigh. He is also survived by his daughters and son-in-law, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
