He is survived by: his mother Adolia Owens Wagner (Dodie); his parent-in-law Shelly Melton of Drummond, OK.; his sons, Benjamin Wagner, James Wagner and Andrew Webb; and his siblings, Jay Wagner (Joann) of Wichita, KS, Sandy Rawdon (Charles) of Enid and Courtney Richmond (Bruce) of Enid.
