Though Jan may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lynn FitzSimmons; and her father Bill Querry. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Querry; her children, Shanda Pierce (Alan), Scott Mackender (Ajelet), Dennis FitzSimmons (Kristi), Leann Barnes (Robert) and Barb Glenn (Scott); and her siblings, Ron Querry (Karen) and Twyla Browning. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cozine Life Events Center (11500 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67206). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cairo Cemetery.
