She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Markle and Mildred Markle (Stepp); her sisters, Joanne Lee Meeker and Verna Jean Foster; her children, Jim Day, Diana Lee Day Dawkins and Marilyn Kay Butcher; her grandson Jeremy Dawkins; her nephew Mikel Meeker; James N. Day, Jr., Merle "Jim" Butcher and Arnold M. Mohn.
She is survived by: her children-in-law, Mandy Day and Louis Dawkins; her grandchildren, April Landwehr, Amanda Martin, Robert Dawkins and Shelley Dawkins Castor; and her nieces, Donna Hendren, Kathy Barud and Susan Wilcox. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
