She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Hake and Edna Hake; her husband Robert E. G. Britton, Jr. (Bob); and her sister-in-law Donna Hake. She is survived by : her son David Michael Britton of Wichita; her stepsons, Bob Britton III of Arkansas and Mark Britton (Venus) of Texas; and her siblings, James Hake of Stratton, David Hake of Wichita and Carolyn Woodman (Wolfgang) of Wichita. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association in memory of Jan's beloved husband Bob.
