She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Hammon and K. K. "Dutch" Harper; her great grandchild Louis Hodges; and her sister-in-law Carol Harper. She is survived by: her husband Tonk Mills; her children, David Mills of Kansas, OK, Susan Hodges (Brett) of Stilwell, KS, Sarah Hufnagel (Rick) of Fort Collins, CO and John Mills (Barb) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Tyler Hodges (Illana), Michael Hodges (Mackenzie), Tess Morris (Adam), Riley Mills and Aidan Mills; her stepgranddaughters, Katy Fergen (Matt) and Laura Hufnagel (Jesse Janzen); her great grandchildren, Brayden Hodges, Peyton Hodges, Harper Hodges, Fred Hodges, Hayden Erwin, Hendrix Kipp and Stella May Morris; her stepgreat-grandson Cooper Fergen; and her brothers, Tom Harper (Ann), Kirke Harper (Linda) and John Harper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the East Heights United Methodist Church (4407 E Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67218). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Cemetery - Medicine Lodge.
