She is survived by : her children, Laurie Newton (Mark), Nick Cusick (Kim) and Trey Cusick (Laura); and her siblings, Johnny Stevens, Jane Luellen (Don) and Jack Stevens (Alice). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, their children and grandchildren.
