He is survived by: his children, Doug (Nancy Cain), Katherine McDaniel (Mike Branam), Lori (Scott Jackson) and Shawn Craig of Springdale, AR; his grandchildren, Michael (Hang) of Wichita, Christopher (Nicki), Jacob (Jen) of Haysville, Miranda (Kenneth) of Wichita, Megan of Haysville, KS, Sydney of Haysville, KS and Sam of Haysville, KS; his brother Ron Cain (Diana); and his siblings-in-law, Frank Vonderwall of Haysville, Lois Cain of Yukon and Pat Palmer (David) of Matlock, WA.. He is also survived by friends, or neighbors.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Haysville United Methodist Church (601 E Grand Ave, Haysville, KS 67060). A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at the Greenwood Cemetery (6231 W 47th St S, Wichita, KS 67215).
