Chavez (Cox) of Wichita, KS; his mother Theresa Chavez of Wichita, KS; his children, Bolo Chavez, Sophia Chavez, Bonefacio Chavez, Devynn Anderson and Kameryn Anderson; his siblings, Tara Crippen (Matt), Ceci Maggard (Dan), Frank Vasquez (Cat) and Charise Vasquez (Julian); and his grandchildren, Luna and Juniper Allen.
