He is survived by: his mother Francine Swinney (Decker); his children, Brett Decker and Jessica Decker; his siblings, Randy Decker (Susan), Travis Riley (Kimberly), Michael Swinney and Melanie Cenobio; and his grandsons, Kayden and Emery. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
