He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Luce and Mable Luce; his wife Velda Luce; and his son John Earl Luce. He is survived by: his children, Victor Luce (Linda), Janet Williams (Richard), Ronald Luce (Connie) and Carolyn Richards (David). He is also survived by Two sisters, 10 Grandchildren.
