Treadway and Marie Treadway (Moutray).
He is survived by: his children, Harrell Kirk of Wichita, KS, Glenn Logan of Wichita, KS, Virginia Johnson of Rosehill, KS, Helen Preist, Peggy Duke of Wichita, KS, Polly Bland of Wichita, KS, James Horton of Maize, KS and Patricia Morris of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in John's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
