He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Seidl and Anna Marie Seidl; and his brother James Seidl. He is survived by : his wife Betty Seidl of Wichita, KS; his children, Monica Young (Donnie) and Andrew Seidl; and his siblings, Louis Seidl III (Connie), Joseph Seidl, Theresa Seidl and Mary Seidl.

A memorial has been established with: American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116.
