He is survived by: his children, John E. Middleton, Christina Middleton and Jennifer J. Orr; and his grandchildren, April White, Daniel White, Larry Dennis Jr., Lauren Edwards, Mallory Kruckenberg and Ian Kruckenberg. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
