He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Methe and Eva Methe of Quebec, Canada.; his wife Detta Methe; and his siblings, Loretta, Mary Agnes, Ernest, Leo, Vincent, Albert, Jerome, Louis and Armand.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Methe (Marie), Rene Stringer (Tim), Lisa Van Dusen (Jon) and Jeff Methe (Shellee); his grandchildren, Kristin Hartman (Josh), John Methe, Nathan Stringer, Sarah Stringer, Michelle Methe, Paul Methe and Lauren Merrifield; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Adelaide, Judah, Josiah, Myla, Addilynn, Hunter and Ava; and his brother Eugene.
