It is with sadness that the passing of Joy Ann Gary (Wichita, Kansas) is shared. Joy Ann, born on September 19, 1938, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Albert and Agnes Albert of Aurora, Illinois.; her great-grandparents, Jaysa, Declan, Daisy, Luca, Revlynn and Lincoln; her husband Noel J. Gary of Aurora; her son-in-law Lloyd N. Mills; and her great grandchild Zoey Williams.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tamera Lawrence (Matthew), Cody Mills (Becca), Chris Williams (Amanda), David Lassley (Erica), Megan Barrera, Kaz Gary, Shannon Gary and Sebastian Gary; and her children, Bethany McSwain (Dave) of Maize, KS, Lori Gary (Steven Bryant) of Buckeye, AZ, Kathleen Gary of Winter Garden, FL and Shaun Gary (Deborah) of Goddard, KS.
A prayer will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (3642 N Ridge Rd, Wichita, KS 67205). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Resthaven Mortuary (11800 US-54, Wichita, KS 67209).
