She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Johnson and Leota Johnson (Spurgin); and her sisters, Marilyn Holscher and Roberta Russell. She is survived by: her children, Chad Carr of Omaha, Brant Carr (Ronell) of Ankeny, IA and Shamain Bachman (Tim) of Wichita, KS; her grandchildren, McKenna Carr, Abby Bachman, Brady Carr, Emma Bachman and Natalie Carr; and her brother Bruce Johnson (Gerri) of Illinois. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grant Evangelical Free Church (200 10th St, Grant, NE 69140).
A memorial has been established in Joyce's memory for later designation.
