She is survived by: her children, Michael Hazelwood of Wichita, Wayne Hazelwood (Catherine) of Sachse, TX, Mary Bariel (Terry) of Sun City, AZ and Jack Hazelwood (Cindy) of Florence, AZ; her grandchildren, Whitney, Jarrett, Robin, Jaclyn Reed (Tim) and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Samantha, Brandon, Levi, Isaac, Kiara, Titus and Kasen; her great great grandchild Blake; and her brother Jerold Looney (Sharon) of Hermitage, MO..
