He is survived by: his parents, Jose Luis and Angela Martinez; his wife Melissa; his children, Yaretzi, Leticia, Angelica, Miguel, Gabriel and Danielle; his grandson Jack; his siblings, Antonio, David and Anita; and his grandparents, Ron, Linda Hurley and Sabas Martinez. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, spouses and children.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for contributions to be made in Juan's memory, to his church Lluvias De Gracia, located at 2009 W. May St., Wichita, Kansas 67213.
