She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bauer and Esther Christensen Bauer; her husband Dennis Nelson; her son Kirk J Nelson; and her brother Larry Bauer.
She is survived by: her son Brock D. Nelson (Dorothy) of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
