She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Welch and Mary Welch (Sapp); her husband Richard Stephenson; her stepson Dennis Stephenson; and her siblings, Karen Crumbliss, Elaine Kauffman and Larry Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald L. Allensworth of Wichita and Kimberly M. Rybak of O'Fallon, MO.; and her stepdaughters, Debbie Bradford of Chanute and Sharon Sutton of Tahlequah, OK. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Countryside Funeral (101 N Highland Ave, Chanute, KS 66720). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
