He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Danny, Brenda Sumler, Robert Kochick (Mary) and Linda Kochick; his uncle Carl Sumler; and his cousin Daniel Sumler.
He is survived by: his parents, Danita Carmona (Lorenzo) and Joe Kochick (Salena); his siblings, Kaden Kochick, Bret Mills, Brandon Mills, Alex Carmona (Rachel), Isabel Carmona, Christina Polous (Chris), Melody Benton (Brandon) and Miyah Mills; his nephews, Morgan Mills and Athens Polous; his great-aunts, Allie Henderson (Randy) and Mary Kuntz; and his aunts, Dana, Debra Sumler and Shannon Taylor (Joe). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Post ceremony gathering will be conducted at the Rose Hill Recreational Center until 4 p.m. A memorial has been established with the Wounded Warriors Project.
