With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Ruth Doerr of Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on May 11, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Doerr and Jessie Irene Doerr (Buckley). She is survived by: her brother James Edward Doerr (Tami) of Rocky River, Ohio; and her nephews, Jacob W. Doerr of Cleveland, Braden R. Doerr of Chicago and Lane E. Doerr of Rocky River, Ohio. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery (12100 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67206).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Karen's memory may be made to the Salvation Army, 350 North Market Street, Wichita, Kansas 67202.
