Kathryn L. Vickers Obituary
We announce the death of Kathryn L. Vickers of Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 77. Kathryn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Webster and Edna May Webster; and her sisters, Atha Webster and Elsie Weir. She is survived by: her husband Jack Vickers; her children, Jackie Jewett (Bob), Reverend Jeremy Vickers (Jill) and Rebecca Billups; her grandchildren, Beth Jimmerson (Jake), Hunter Cook, Jack Jewett, Addison Cook, Dylan Billups, Johnathan Vickers, Ava Billups, Josiah Vickers and Juliana Vickers; and her brother Murl Webster (Lalana). She is also survived by nieces/nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Protection Cemetery (355 Avenue M, Protection, KS 67127).
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be sent to Wellington Methodist Church, 202 W. Harvey, Wellington, KS 67152 to carry on her legacy of love.
