He was predeceased by: his father Irvin Riley Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Fumiko Phillips; his wife Irma; his daughter Vanessa; his siblings, Yoneko Kenyon (John) and Bill Phillips (Susan); his niece Angela Kassees (Mike); and his nephew David Phillips (Tracy).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Resthaven Mortuary (11800 US-54, Wichita, KS 67209). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
