He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVoy Frederick and Jo Ann Abel (Stuffings); and his sister Anita L. Tracy. He is survived by: his brother David Abel (Kathie) of Wichita, Kansas; his aunt Sharon Montagne of Bellevue, Washington; his nephew Dustin Knight (Shellie); and his niece Cassandra Maynard (Joe). He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Resthaven Gardens of Memory (11800 US-54, Wichita, KS 67209).
