He is survived by : his children, Tony Atterbury of Wichita, Mike Atterbury of Derby and Kendra McIntyre of Wichita; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Parker, Madeline, Chloe, Madison and Dylan; and his siblings, Curtis Atterbury, Patricia Atterbury-Hatcher of Haysville, KS. and Linda Schneider of Haysville, KS..

A memorial has been established with the SRV Scholarship Fund c/o Independent Showmens Association, PO Box 3359, Riverview, FL 33568.
