He is survived by: his mother Myrtle "Suggie" Johnson (Busch); and his siblings, Jody Busch of McPherson, KS, Kendall L. Johnson of Wichita, KS, Rebecca "Becky" S. Trimmell (Jack G., Sr.) and Starla K. Anderson.
