He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex A. Springfield and Pamela A. Lipscomb (Bartel). He is survived by: his wife Teresa M. Springfield (Main); his siblings, Bret A. Springfield of Iola, KS and Becky A. (Zane Mozingo) of Cherryvale, KS; his nephews, John King (Chrissy), Josh King (Jessi), Brian King (Crystal) and Kevin King; his great-nephew Brody King; and his great-nieces, Hadley King and Natalie Pape.
