He is survived by: his wife Shirley Switzer; his children, Karri Johnson (Scott) of Wichita, Kevin Schneider (Linda) of Wichita, Kyle Schneider (Heather) of Columbus, OH and Kendra Pense (Marc) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Johnson (Shaeli) of Wichita, Katy Johnson (Philips) of Nashville, TN, Lauran Schneider of Dallas, TX, Brandon, Alexandria, Addison Schneider of Columbus, OH, Brett Pense of Edmond, OK and Jill Pense of Edmond, OK; and his brother Fred (Almeta) of Weatherford, OK. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
