We bid farewell to Larry Kautz of Wichita, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Larry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Larry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Kautz and Marie Kautz (Bruns); his sister Evelyn Kautz; and his brother-in-law Kim Hawk. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ilene Kautz (Waterman); his daughter Kristie Vogelsberg (JJ) of Overland Park; his grandsons, Keaton and Kaden Vogelsberg; and his siblings, Linda Hawk (Kautz) and James Kautz (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Risen Savior Lutheran Church in Larry's name.
